Digital Fundraising Officer
Salary - £24,838 - £28,016 (depending on experience)
Based in our office in Sudbury, Suffolk
We are looking for a digitally-savvy, creative and data-driven Digital Fundraising Officer to help drive income and supporter engagement across all digital channels. This is a new and exciting role within our growing fundraising and income generation.

Information Officer
Full time – 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9-5

Are you passionate about using data to drive social change? Do you want to play a key role in supporting the our efforts to end the abuse of older people and promote safer ageing?
We’re looking for a dedicated Information Officer to join our team and lead on collecting, managing, and presenting key impact data across all areas of our charity’s work.
As part of the Policy Unit, you will:
Oversee the collation and presentation of impact data across all service entry points.
Maintain and regularly update our Knowledge Bank – the UK’s first online information hub focused entirely on the abuse of older people and safer ageing.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure data from the Helpline, Knowledge Bank, Instant Messenger, SMS, and Chatbot is accurate and report-ready.
Enhance the quality and integrity of our data for both frontline service and policy reporting, supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse and interpret policy-related data, including types of abuse and demographic trends, contributing to one of the UK’s largest non-governmental data sets on the abuse of older people.
