Home-based initially (although the post-holder will be expected to move to an office location in due course)

Duration: 12 Months

Hours: 35 hours Mon to Fri. 

Salary: £30,000 p.a.

This role will work alongside Elliot, as Information Manager, to ensure that everybody who contacts Hourglass, whether via the helpline or the online services, is provided with our expert advice and support, and is signposted or referred appropriately and in a timely manner.
